TIPS FOR CUTTING BACK ON CAFFEINE IN ONE WEEK:  It's best to start this process over the weekend.
Days 1 - 3: Cut caffeine intake in half for coffee, soda, and black tea. If you drink more than one cup of green tea a day, cut your intake of green tea in half as well.
Days 4 - 6: Avoid coffee, soda, and black tea. Drink one cup of caffeinated, yes caffeinated, green tea.
