Could My Latte Be Making Me Breakout?

O.K., dairy lovers... listen up!  Whether your vice is cheese, ice cream, lattes, or all of the above... if you are suffering from acne, dairy just might be the culprit. Although dairy is not the root cause of acne, in some cases, it can be a trigger for those that have a genetic predisposition toward the disease. This is true of a many food intolerances. The tricky part is identifying which food or foods you are intolerant of. A true food intolerance can take up to 72 hours to manifest symptoms. But, if you have an intolerance to dairy*, and your sucking back a latte everyday - you may experience chronic breakouts.

Acne treatment and food intolerance testing is available.
