The best place to start with teens is to GET ON A ROUTINE. Get in the habit of washing your face every morning and every night. Stay away from Sea Breeze, and other stripping toners. Stay away from anything that burns, irritates, or turns your skin red. Moisturize with a water based, oil free lotion.  If you are truly prone to acne, it will take more than cleansing and moisturizing to get clear, but this is a good place to start.
