ELIMINATE INFLAMMATORY FOODS & ELIMINATE ACNE...

Inflammatory diets cause inflammatory acne in Chico, Ca. They also deplete the body of minerals, leaching calcium and magnesium from the bones, and over time, cause bones to become porous and brittle. An anti-inflammatory diet is typically 70% to 80% ANTI-INFLAMMATORY foods and 20% to 30% INFLAMMATORY foods.

This means, 20%-30% of your diet can include things like poultry, lean meat, legumes, raw nuts & seeds, corn on the cob, steamed/mashed potatoes, whole grains.
