- Drink 16oz. lemon water first thing every morning (use the juice of 1/2 lemon or lime).
- Don't eat fat before lunch (including healthy fats, oils & animal protein).
- Don't eat fat after dinner. If you need a snack, eat fruit.
- Avoid gluten, dairy & refined sugar.
