BRIGHTEN YOUR SKIN THIS WEEKEND...

Liver cleanses aren't always realistic for people to do while they are working, but the weekend gives you two days to clean up your act and get a jump start on future breakouts. As far as liquids, aim for half your weight in ounces plus an additional 2 liters of liquid or more. This may include lemon water or juicing celery, carrots and beets. Vegetable smoothies made with water also count towards your liquid intake. Foods should include organic herbs, vegetables, fruit, brown rice, soft boiled eggs and healthy oils such as olive oil or avocado oil. Include bitter veggies as they stimulate bile to help promote cleansing and clear, bright skin.
