CHICKEN SALAD HOLD THE MAYO...

Chicken salad - hold the mayo. There are many strategies you can take to help get rid of acne. Start by cutting out dairy from your diet. This is a tough accessory food to cut out, but eliminating dairy has had a significant effect on many of our patient outcomes. If eliminating dairy from your diet seems unrealistic, take baby steps. Start by limiting your intake of dairy to every other day for 2 weeks. Then, limit dairy to every 3 days for 2 weeks. You get the picture. Once you've found some replacement foods, it gets much easier.




CHICKEN SALAD HOLD THE MAYO:
- 3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cups chicken broth (used to bake chicken)
- 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced red onion 
- 1 cup baby peas
- 1 1/2 cups hummus
- salt & pepper to taste

If using left over chicken or rotisserie chicken, skip the broth. If baking chicken, pour broth over breasts, cover, and bake on 350 for 30 minutes. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces, put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
