This is Mena Suvari of American Beauty. Her "after" photo has been presumably altered in photoshop. Photoshop or not, this woman is adorable! Mena has moderate Grade 2 Acne mainly on her forehead, and her condition is mostly non-inflamed. Mena would benefit from a series of acne treatments and a daily acne care regimen that incorporated medical grade exfoliation.
