BLUEBERRY COMPLEXION SMOOTHIE...

Learning to eat the right foods is one big step towards treating your acne from the inside. More plants and less processed food will help you on your journey towards a clear complexion.  Making smoothies for healthy skin is an adjustment if you're not used to it. BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE:
X-Large handful of spinach
1 brussel sprout head or broccoli floret
20 gram protein - hemp seed or pea powder
1 Large handful of wild blueberries or mixed berries
1/2 banana
1 small handful of whole oats
1/2 teaspoon wheat grass powder
1 tablespoon chia or flax seed
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of stevia
Pure filtered water
Ice cubes
