As a sequel to the previous post, another big mistake my acne peeps make is scrubbing their inflamed pimples. If you're looking for an acne cure, this is definitely NOT the way!An inflamed pimple is an active pimple that is surrounded by redness. It maybe small or big with a little bit of redness or a lot of redness. Either way, NEVER EVER scrub or rub at this type of acne. Doing so will only exacerbate the redness and the pimple. Your best option is to gently cleanse with your finger tips, ice it & apply your actives.
