Chocolate does not cause acne. I'm referring to the cacao, itself. However, the caffeine within the cacao as well as all the added SUGAR and dairy - are all major triggers for breakouts.
If you have to have it, go for the dark stuff. The darker the better. 80 percent. Buy the individually wrapped chocolates from the health food store so you don't scarf down the whole thing!
