KILL THE COLD AND THE BREAKOUT...

Anything that suppresses your immune system has the potential to make you breakout if you are prone to acne, including a cold or flu. Prevent potential breakouts by pulling out all the stops at the first sign you're getting sick!

Avoid putting crap in your body! This means processed food, junk food, fast food, deep fried food, sodas, coffee drinks, energy drinks, etc. Instead, eat fresh fruit, veggies, lean meats like chicken or fish, raw nuts, seeds, homemade soups, ginger tea from the actual root with lemon and a little honey. Drink at least 2 liters of lemon water throughout the day. Take high doses of vitamin C and Zinc. Take vitamin A, E, Oil of Oregano and Astragalus. Eat lots of garlic, herbs and natural spices. Go to bed early for a change and get 8 to 12 hours of sleep. Wake up the next day bug and acne-free!
