QUICK EASY AVOCADO SNACK...

I've been eating this snack since I was a teenager and it's sure to be a favorite if you love a blend of sour and creamy flavors. Great for students or people who don't have time to cook and are suffering from problem skin or inflamed-type acne.

Cut an avocado in half and fill the hole with a little bit of olive or avocado oil and a squeeze of lemon or lime. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and grab yourself a spoon!
